Basement Floods Through Window Well

WINDOW WELL FILLS WITH WATER AND FLOODS BEDROOM IN BASEMENT

A basement bedroom in a home in Provo, UT was flooded due so a hose being left on outside in the yard.  After several hours of being left on they water started trickling down the window well which eventually got water logged and the water had no where to go but in.  By night time when it was time to go to bed and the water soaked room was discovered it was too late and the homeowners knew they needed help.  They called their homeowners  insurance agent they next morning and he recommended calling SERVPRO.  SERVPRO was in and out in no time leaving no trace of water and the bedroom was as good as new.
