Mid Town HOA Flood, Pleasant Grove, Utah

At a home in Pleasant Grove, a broken sprinkler pipe buried deep in the ground caused major damage and flooding to the basement.  The water from the broken pipe flooded the window well which made its way through the window and filled the basement with dirty water.

SERVPRO of Provo was called in to clean up the mess and the owners contents.  We sucked out the water, pulled out the carpet, and removed the flooring.  Luckily for the owners the water was not deep and was removed quickly so the drywall did not need to be cut out and removed as well.
